MPowerment supports the Seattle young queer community by promoting responsibility and self-esteem.

Through peer-to-peer outreach and education, we empower youth to make positive and healthy sexual choices. We also include drug and alcohol prevention education into all of our activities and materials.

MPowerment consists of GLBTQ youth, aged 16-22, who produce events, coordinate activities, perform outreach, produce educational materials for distribution, produce a youth page for the Seattle Gay News and assist in HIV testing.
